Preservation of honey

　　Honey is a kind of weakly acidic food. It is best to use glass or ceramic containers to store honey, cover and seal them, and put them in a clean, cool and ventilated environment. However, do not use iron, aluminum, lead and other metal containers to store honey, so as to avoid free heavy metal pollution of honey. Use non-toxic plastic bottles to store honey, and the time should not be too long.
