Preservation of royal jelly
Royal jelly has certain biological activity and high thermal sensitivity. If it is stored at room temperature, it will lose its biological activity quickly. Therefore, fresh royal jelly must be stored in a low temperature, dark and sealed environment, and the temperature should be controlled at - 18 ℃. Moreover, royal jelly is an acidic substance. It is best to use brown glass bottles or non-toxic plastic bottles for storage. Metal containers are not allowed. The lyophilized royal jelly tablets can be stored at room temperature, away from light and in a sealed environment for 3 years without deterioration.
